Colocar objetivos antes la reunión con su mentor
Es imprescindible a sabes lo que quiries de una
relación de tutoría. Antes te sientes con su mentor para el primero vez, decida
qué es lo que esperas aprender.
Te preguntas qué es lo quieres en su trabajar y su
vida. Los activos que le ayudará a
conseguir allí? Identificar sus puntos
fuertes luego, examinar honestamente las barricadas, retos, o las
deficiencias que te ralentizara.
Entonces estarás listo para articular sus objetivos y
la posibilidad de compartirlas con su mentor.
Mantenerlo a no más de cinco objetivos, así que no nos distraen de lo
que su mentor tiene que ofrecer.

goals before meeting with your mentor
Knowing
what you want from a mentoring relationship is critical. Before you sit down
with your mentor for the first time, decide what you hope to learn.
Ask
yourself what you want in work and life. Which assets will help you get
there? Identify your strengths then, honestly examine the roadblocks,
challenges, or weaknesses that are slowing you down.
You
will now be ready to articulate your goals and share them with your mentor.
Keep it to no more than five goals, so they don't detract from what your
mentor has to offer.
